DELIVERY METHODS AND TRANSPORT TIMES
Orders are generally shipped within three business days after payment confirmation. However, these delivery times are approximate. If the Customer wishes to know the exact delivery time for a product, they should contact VITRINAS GOMEZ, S.L. for detailed information.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and vacation periods.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process, based on the destination and the selected shipping method.
To find out the exact shipping cost, the Customer must select the desired products, access the shopping cart, and then choose the shipping and payment method.The total amount of the order, including shipping costs, will then be displayed. The Customer can decide whether to proceed or cancel the purchase. To confirm the order, they must click "Buy".
Once the order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping company. VITRINAS GOMEZ, S.L. cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, except in cases of negligence or fault on its part.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the delivered product does not match the order, the Customer must report it immediately via the contact section of the Website or by email to info@vitrinespourrestauration.com. VITRINAS GOMEZ, S.L. will resolve the incident as quickly as possible.
The Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product, without providing a reason, provided that the product is:
- In its original packaging, intact and unopened
- Unused, without scratches or damage
- Complete with all accessories, documents, and included items
This period expires 14 days after the Customer (or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier) receives the product.
To exercise this right, the Customer must clearly notify their decision to withdraw (by mail, email, or online form). This notification must be sent before the end of the 14-day period.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged to the Customer for this refund.
The refund may be withheld until the Customer receives the product or provides proof of shipment (whichever comes first). Careful packaging is recommended to avoid damage during transport.
Upon receipt and verification that the product is in perfect condition, VITRINAS GOMEZ, S.L. will refund the price of the product (excluding initial shipping costs, except in the event of a delivery error, defect, or non-conformity).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Incorrect delivery
- Product not as described
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or if the packaging is not in perfect condition, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
